Norwood was founded by Michael N. Burt in 1996. In addition to Mr. Burt, Norwood's key managers are Susan Burt, Roland Ruble, Mike Goldberg, Michael Merriwether, and Kevin Ruble who collectively have more than 140 years of experience.

Michael N. Burt 20 years of experience in commercial real estate lending as a senior lending officer, construction lending department manager, loan workout officer, and senior manager of a mortgage securities advisory firm.

Susan Burt 18 years of experience as a senior asset manager with banks and life companies and as a director of asset management for commercial real estate companies.

Roland Ruble 40 plus years of experience as a senior manager in various fields, including commercial real estate due diligence, manufacturing, and graduate business school administration.

Michael N. Goldberg 24 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan administration, and construction management for various banks and commercial asset management companies.

Michael Merriwether 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, residential mortgage lending, and securities portfolio management.
